PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Managing the whole process from the concept stage of a project to the receipt of the occupancy certificate, with technical and administrative personnel who will be assigned specifically to the project.

1- Assessment of the Project in terms of Investment Feasibility.
While the project is in the idea phase;

Reporting the process after the evaluation in terms of

  • Function,
  • Legislation and zoning regulation,
  • Approximate cost,
  • Revenues,
  • Time.

2- Design Management
Preparation of application projects from the concept stage in accordance with the employer’s demands of a project and the requirements of the project, ensuring the coordination of all disciplines (Static, Electrical, Mechanical, Landscape, etc.) involved in the project process and the management of the entire process from obtaining the necessary approvals/permits for the implementation of the project.

3- Construction Management
Following the creation of the contractor model suitable for the employer’s demands for the implementation of the project, the execution of the entire process from the construction to the occupancy permit.

4- Tender Process Management
Execution of the whole process together with the employer, including the preparation of the tender files according to the project construction method, and the selection of the contractor/supplier and the conclusion of the tender.

5- Reception and Occupancy Permit Process Management
Checking that all applications are made in accordance with the projects and conducting the process of obtaining the occupancy permit (Building use certificate).
